My tivo box keeps restarting roughly every hour. Have run a test on it which reveals a problem. Is there anything I can do myself to rectify the problem
Yes - you can call Virgin Media faults and report the issue. They may arrange an engineer visit, or a replacement box.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service".
