My TiVo box i s randomly rebooting . Becoming more frequent every few days and happens while recording.
It's probably an issue with the box but it's impossible to get through by phone to get tech support because of covid shut down.
paying a fortune for duff equipment and no support.
While we are all appreciative of the issues with covid the On line service doesn't provide solutions for all issues.
I've been trying to speak to a human being at virgin for weeks regarding a problem with my TiVo box rebooting randomly.
I must have spent hours in total not receiving a reply.
And why on earth doesn't a telecommunications company have a customer email address it's ridiculous.
This message site appears to be the only way to try to elicit a report from virgin.
It's of course entirely pot luck if there is response.
£1200+ a year for no customer support and regular price increases top show!
