Tivo box says starting up then goes black and tv says no signal/connection. Multiple cable checks and resets has not improved things. Some tv issues in this area but not related to this problem. Seems to be a common problem. Any ideas. Unable to get through on phone, Thanks
Just to report phoned the 0345 number today. Waited about 40 mins but all sorted eventually. Apparently they refreshed my account and improved the signal remotely.. Not sure what that means really. Wonder if it was some kind of local issue.
