Tivo box problem

Hi

We have had a replacement tivo box due to hardware problems with our previous tivo box.

We cannot get catchup or on demand now as it keeps coming up with subscribe.

For example if we wanted to watch catchphrase from yesterday on itv. 

We have not had any problems with this previously with the exact same box and virgin media bundle.

Have tried resetting box and hub.

Just for elimination purposes, can you...

Find a programme from the "backwards EPG" - load the TV guide, scroll back in time by a couple of days, and choose a programme from ITV, C4 or C5 (only because BBC is an app)

"OK" > "Watch from catchup".

Does this work?

If you're using a TiVo and not a V6 (check here if you're not sure), your router doesn't factor as the box has its internet connection inbuilt.

Ok, 3 things to check/try...

1: Can you view live TV channels ok - all the ones you have access to?

2: Try following... Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to Virgin Media services now. Wait 15minutes.

3: Try following.... Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > (top of screen) > I'm missing some channels

Does OnDemand work now?

We can view all the channels we have access to.

The two other suggestions didn't work - we keep getting the same message.

Hi

An engineer came and changed the box we had in the end because he couldn't find the problem
