Tivo box on demand not working

Hi. Can't access Netflix or Amazon Prime vid or On Demand on Tivo box. I have rebooted router and performed all diagnostics on Tivo box and still not working. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

Which box do you have - is it a TiVo or V6? If you're not sure , you can check here - you've mentioned TiVo and posted this in the TiVo section, but the app is only available on the V6, so just to be sure.

Do other apps work ok, such as iPlayer or YouTube? When you use On Demand, what happens - do you get an error message?

Other suggestions/advice do depend on which box you have, so once you confirm we can offer more help.

it is a v6 box. I get an error 603.

 

Sometimes I player will work.

Great stuff. Can you follow the menu path Home > Help & Settings > System > System Info, and check what your software version is shown as? If it's shown as 20.10.1.RC21 then you have the latest V6 software and a call to TV Faults on 150 (or 0345 4541111) should resolve this issue.

Otherwise, the next thing is to check how your V6 is connected to your homehub - is it Ethernet or WiFi?
