Tivo box not working and buzzing

I joined whilst on phone to Virgin as strongly felt box is faulty which seemed logical as I read previous posts but I like speaking to a human and wanted to sort an engineer there and then. So pleased to report that this has been done and I will be getting the engineer out in 2 days which I think is a respectable service time. Thank you to folk that post here, it seems to have improved hugely since I visited these forums last year.
