Sorry for the trouble you've had with Netflix on your TiVo® boxs.
Have you been able to check our service status page (virg.in/service) for nay related issues that may account for this? Just pop in your postcode for updates, if you sign in you can
also run some tests on the equipment.
If there's nothing communicated that could be causing the problem please don't hesitate to let us know so we can take a further look.
contacted virgin and they came out next day to change the TiVo box. There is an ongoing issue with the Netflix app on the TiVo box. The new box is working fine. Hope virgin get it fixed soon or it’s going to cost them a fortune in new boxes. Great service, which is what you need when things go wrong.
