Hi hope someone can help with the above issue. I have switched everything off and restarted it a couple of times, no difference. I have changed "power saving settings" - no difference. Is there anything else that you can suggest that I try?

Any TV box that's freezing and/or restarting likely has a fault..
I'd suggest calling VM on the usual number (150 or 0345 4541111) to report it.
