I have a green screen with the message that the DVR has detected a serious problem. This has been going on for 3 days now. Looking at other messages in the forum I think it is clear that I need a replacement box.
I have tried all the suggested things such as unplugging all the cables, powering down etc. etc. and the problem still persists.
Contacting Virgin Media is proving impossible by phone and online.
HI ozsteve, I am glad to hear that you have managed to speak to regarding the issues which you had with the TiVo box and looks like this will be resolved soon. We are happy to see that a new box has been sent to you.
