Welcome back to our Community - sorry to understand that you've been having some issues with your TV services recently. Does it freeze whilst you are doing anything in particular or can it happen at anytime? Does the picture freeze or just the functionality of the box?
I have located your account from your forum information and can see that you have 2 boxes with us; are you having issues with just one of the boxes? At the time of checking, I can see that one is currently offline; is it this box you're having the problem with?
Can you advise how often this is happening with the box in question macyorky? Is it daily or just happened the once recently? If you could pop back if this is happening on a more daily basis that would be great - just make sure the box is on so we can see if we can run any checks.
If you do need a new box, would you be happy with this being posted or would you rather a technician visit?
