My Tivo box has been displaying issues for a few months now such as freezing, rebooting, and taking ages to select channels. I've tried to contact 150 and it's constantly busy and has no waiting in a queue to get through to a person.
Sorry to say, this forum isn't an alternative to calling 150 to report faults.
Wait times do vary during the day, and queues tend to be shorter earlier in the day.
