Tivo box disconnects from wifi

Every few days I get 2 red lights on my box indicating that I have no Internet and no WIFI connection.  All my other equipment (phones, laptops etc) are still connected to the WiFi on both 5ghz and 2.4ghz.  If I reboot the tivo box it reconnects OK. If I go through the WiFi settings in the box it says it can't find any WiFi signals.  Has my box gone faulty?

We can see some downstream power level errors on our side so we've booked an engineer appointment using the forum information.

 

You can see the details in regards to this and also reschedule if needed on your online account.
