Good morning, our tivo unit will not boot up, shows starting up page for several minutes then reboots itself and goes back to start up page again.
Been like this for a week, have check connections and disconnected from power but no difference made. Guessing it's a unit failure since rest of services are ok.
Unable to get through on phone and have sent a complaint through the website but not had a confirmation email back, so not sure if that's working either. Dont expect it to be fixed under the lockdown but would just like someone to register the fault for a later date.
