I can confirm from your account you do have a V6 box and I have ordered out a replacement PSU for this. It should be with you in 3 to 5 working days, and you should be able to view the delivery from your My Virgin Media App or online here.

I don't know if you've already got the tvgo app but if you haven't then you can download it and use it watch the majority of the main channels on a tablet, phone or laptop/pc whilst waiting for your replacement power lead.
