Tivo Power Cable

The power cable to my Tivo box has split, how do I get a new one please?

If you mean the power adapter, you have 2 options:

Call VM (150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone) and follow the fault options.

Wait on here for VM staff to respond, may take a day or so.

Which box is it and which cable has broken, is it the full thing or just the power lead part?

Hi Paul,

I believe it's a v6 box.

The snap is on the lead from the adaptor to the TiVo box, right by the small plug connector to the TiVo box itself.

The lead from the mains plug to the adaptor appears to be fine.

I can confirm from your account you do have a V6 box and I have ordered out a replacement PSU for this. It should be with you in 3 to 5 working days, and you should be able to view the delivery from your My Virgin Media App or online here

Hi Rob,

I don't know if you've already got the tvgo app  but if you haven't then you can download it and use it watch the majority of the main channels on a tablet, phone or laptop/pc whilst waiting for your replacement power lead.
