Generally the service has been fine BUT in past two three years every time we try and watch an on demand service - Virgin Film or Netflix Film after about 20 minutes the steam stops and we get the message that we are not connected to the internet - despite that fact that our computers are fine and other channels are fine. It then may reconnect after 10 - 15 minutes but will crash after 20min or less!
Makes me want to change to Sky or other similar service.
After an hour on the phone over a couple of days the engineer visited.
Looks like the Tivo box was just not fit for purpose - that's why our on demand hasn't work for a few years.
However we now have the latest box and this works fine - just a shame it too so long for a call out.
In the end it was the phone call to Netflix that helped most they gave a writing (email) reply of issue to test etc.. and when I called them back I got the same person who was able to follow up on the problem - which turned out to be a Virgin issue after all.
