Tivo Broken

My Tivo has stopped working, the hard drive was making an awful racket over the past few months and finally the machine has ceased to work; we had a situation where all the LEDs on the front flashed a few times then it just powered off and refuses to restart.

 

I'm now paying for a service I can't use, how do I get a replacement box - or cancel the TV service?

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faultsbut best to call between 8am and 10am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time

You will get the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc

Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and resolve the problem.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Tivo box.
