Tivo Box

The Tivo box appears to have failed. I checked power and all ok but no lights on the front of the box?

Is there any other test I can do

Short of trying a different household plug etc, you probably need to call Virgin to report your box failure.

150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Thanks, I've done that and a new box on the way after they did tests. Is there any way to recover the programs we recorded on the old box or are they lost?

Sorry - no. All recordings are stored on that specific hard drive and are non-transferable.

OnDemand availability is a lot better than it used to be, depending what stuff you had recorded
