Our Tivo box is not booting up
On the TV it just says Starting up
On the box, it starts up fine and then goes through an endless loop of white light red light and then off
I have followed all of the troubleshooting advice (turn off and then back on, unplugging everything for 5 mins) and nothing seems to work.
I have looked through the other threads and it seems a lot of people have been having the same issue but there doesn't look like there has been a resolution.
Problem is that the virgin office is shut due to Covid so not sure what else to do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I rang yesterday and it said because of COVID it is shut
