Despite trying 150 and giving up waiting on the phone after what seemed like an age without a response and then using and your message service, there has been no response some 72 hrs later! Very poor service. I’ve tried rebooting and the cables but the box gets hot, is sometimes noisy and daily freezes and/or causes the picture to pixilate. New Tivo box needed me thinks yes? Please get in touch, I’m fast running out of patience waiting.
You're not going to like this, but persisting with calling VM is almost certainly the quickest way of getting your fault rectified. This is primarily a user-forum, VM staff will probably wade in after anything from a few hours to a few days... but (having had to do this myself recently) put your phone on speaker and get on with something else while you work your way up the call queue.
