Tivo Box - No power

My Tivo box has no power and consequently no signal for my tv.  I have unplugged all cables and rebooted (several times).  I presume I need either a new cable for the tivo box and/or a new tivo box.  Can I have a call back urgently please?

Hi WStarr,

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 (Faultsbut best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

Apologies for the problems you've had with your Tivo box. 

 

I've taken a look from here and can see that there are some issues with the box and will require the attention of an engineer.
I have booked you in with the next available appointment, please find confirmation via your online account (virg.in/myVM) and it can be rescheduled or cancelled from there if needed.
