My main Tivo box has developed a serious error and displays the same Green Screen message that other users have posted elsewhere. Over 3 hours have elapsed and the box continues to reboot.
I tried calling support on 150 but all of your call centres are closed due to Covid-19
I presume I need a replacement box and all of my stored recordings are lost?

You presume correctly, that your box has failed and you will need a new one, yes.
You can wait on here for a staffer to pick the thread up, but persisting with C/S by phone will probably be the quickest way of getting your fault logged.
