Our Tivo box is constantly trying to but ultimately failing to start up. We get the "Starting Up" message on screen but it goes no further. We're also hearing a faint clicking noise coming from the box. Tried to get through on 150 for the past two days but with no joy. I can't find a "Live Chat" service. Is there a representative from Virgin Media on here who could help? Or can anybody suggest another way of getting hold of somebody from the customer service team? Is there an email address we can use?
