Tivo Box Fail

Hi,

Our Tivo box is constantly trying to but ultimately failing to start up. We get the "Starting Up" message on screen but it goes no further. We're also hearing a faint clicking noise coming from the box. Tried to get through on 150 for the past two days but with no joy. I can't find a "Live Chat" service. Is there a representative from Virgin Media on here who could help? Or can anybody suggest another way of getting hold of somebody from the customer service team? Is there an email address we can use?

Hi behouse,

If calling  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, it's best to call at 8am to avoid call queues.

You could also  try the text messaging service.

Just send  a text with a description of TV Faults  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

have you tried clicking on Check service status at the top of the page to run a fault test?
