Picture on TV through Tivo box distorted on all channels. Tried a reset and cable check. Service status test comes up with a Technical Error. Problem obviously with the box but unable to contact Virgin to report and test does not work. Problem is definitely not the TV.
Is there a way to sort this - i think the box needs replaced.
You need to call Virgin TV Faults and report your problem. Check on 0800 5610061 first that there's no known area fault that could be causing your issues.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 otherwise, and follow the options for "I have a fault". You may need to call at different times, perhaps earlier in the day, if you're having problems getting through.
