Tivo 6 Box Not Working

New TiVo 6 box installed this week replacing older version. Worked for 3 days and now lights flashing and stuck on welcome screen. Removed power cable for at least 60seconds. Also did the same for HDMI cable. Was listening to music for over an hour on Virgin Media help line and gave up. Help please!

The only help we can give is to sympathise and suggest you keep trying, maybe earlier in the day before queues have built up 😞

A response from VM staff on here is liable to take upto a week.
