My TiVo box will randomly reboot itself 3 or 4 times per day.
Very annoying. Can anyone help?
The quickest way to report service faults is to call Virgin - 150 (from any VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and choose the TV Faults option.
VM staff will respond on here, but it may take a day or so.

I've tried a few times to call but it's seemingly impossible to speak to someone. Keep getting cut off or getting sent round in circles. I'll try again but also keep an eye out for a response here.
Once you've chosen the options for "I have a fault with my TV service", don't press any further options, buttons or selections.
You'll be offered a few other inducements, but if you're struggling with the automated system then just ignore them and you should join the queue.
