Cannot connect to Netflix the app. Using a TiVo box that is hard wired to the virgin
router. Get the message unable to connect. Tried resetting the app but get the same message. Pretty poor for the amount of money

A s it has been a few days since you last post, how have things been going, have you spoken to our faults team to get this resolved?
No change, haven't spoken to anyone, naively was waiting for a reply here, is that the point?
Are you able to use other applications through your TV box like Youtube for example? How are you accessing netflix via the app screen or using the red button on the Netflix channel?
Are you able to connect to Netflix using another device on your network? Have you reset your tv box to see if this helps clear the issue?
