Im currently running my tv through a skart lead From tv to TiVo because the hdmi cable port in the box isn’t working. The picture is awful etc...
I have been trying to contact virgin but can’t get through. I think I need a new box as previously the picture was pixelating.

I'm sorry that you've been having problems with your box as the HDMI port isn't working. I can appreciate you'd like to get this sorted out.
We wouldn't like to leave you without the use of your HDMI port, so I can look at getting a replacement box sent out to you.
