I responded to an e mail to order a v6 box as my TiVo would lose some functionality. It required you to order before 20th June. Requested on 8th June for delivery today. Not arrived yet, also no visibility of the original e mail, or any recognition of the upgrade on my account.
Unfortunately the e mails have disappeared from my inbox, I have no proof that I received them. Also the e mail response from me to order the V6 box, and the delivery date confirmation have also disappeared, that is why I thought it may be a scam, but I couldn’t understand what benefit it would be to a scammer. Confused !!!!!
Hi, Just registered to the forum so I could respond to this (original pre Virgin TiVo owner and long time lurker)...
I too signed up for a V6 upgrade via this link but didn't receive a confirmation email.
Having spoken with customer services about something else I asked about it and they said they had no record and couldn't help without a reference number I never received. This only option being to pay £thirtysomething for an upgrade.
