My Tivo box is stuck on the starting up screen, there are clicking noises coming from the box then it reboots again to the startup screen again clicking noises and it just keeps doing this, doesn't go past this point just keeps rebooting and the same process. I reported this yesterday using the text service but after describing the fault in reply to the "How can I help you" message I have had no reply from anyone. I am fuming! Is there no-one at Virgin customer services answering and resolving problems? I know there is a virus but smaller companies are managing to provide excellent service. Why can't Virgin? Feel like moving my custom elsewhere.
