TiVo stuck on ‘starting up’ screen

Can’t get through to anyone to report. Is there a direct number I can access?

If you're asking how to call Virgin TV Faults, then they're on 150 from a VM landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service" and wait for an agent to answer.

Sometimes the automatic service tries to be helpful and attempt remote diagnostics and then insist on you calling back 10 minutes later when those have failed.
