TiVo stuck on Starting up screen

Had the exact same issue two months ago and had a replacement installed, would only give us a like for like replacement which we accept but two months later it’s happened again, can’t get through to anyone by phone ..... can we get a replacement via this forum??

You may be able to, but the current response time for VM staff to respond on here is anything between a few days and a week.

Best off waiting on the phones I'm afraid...

I would be happy to wait on the phone but it cuts you off, the only option was press 2 for our helpful email (it wasn’t) or hang up
