I've just been advised by your Twitter Service to contact you via this forum due to the text help not replying to me within 11 days.
My TiVo remote is faulty, I've tried all the online troubleshooting and it's still not working, I've been unable to use my service for the past two weeks.
In addition to this my broadband was offline on Friday morning due to planned engineering works, you didn't communicate this with me at all, so I'm not impressed in the slightest.
And immediate response with a replace remote being sent to my address would be much appreciated.
