TiVo on demand not working

On demand is not working on main TiVo box but is working on old TiVo box in back room. Old box only connected by main cable and works. New TiVo seems to need ethernet or WiFi - tried both but still nothing. Network diagnostics point to port issue on the hub but this has never been a problem before.

Any help much appreciated

Is this a v6 box?

If so have you tried to connect it via wifi instead of ethernet?

Hi,

Sounds like you are not connected to the network. Go to settings menu then network and from their connect to your hub using your WIFI name and password.
