TiVo not connected no tv for over 24 hours

Lost link to smart tv over 24 hours now. Switched on off several times now. Run virgin test which says I have a problem and to check cables, switch off etc, all done many times. BN1 area, any ideas

Hi Pawan, where do I go to start online chat. Any route I take steers me to the community forum. There is nothing on the screen to suggest I can start start a chat. Thanks.
