Beware the promises of VM: these new boxes don't necessarily solve the situation, although supplying them is much cheaper than sending out a bod to investigate
Hope you get your situ solved soon. They've yet to contact us to resolve ours, but I guess Covid etc (although imagine missing your payments and saying "Covid etc": this is what marks you and me or from outfits like VM: they can have a bad time and still take our DDs like it ain't no thing:, we have a bad time, miss a payment and it's all "frack you, pay us, or we cut you off").

Across all areas. Finding switching the box of at mains over night is helping. It is as if it happens when it get to warm. Yet it sits on its own on a shelf. Originally turn off and on at back worked , a pain awaiting it to reboot.
