For the passed 3 weeks my TiVo keeps crashing and reboots sometimes up to 3 times in an hour
I have tried to contact virginmedia without success.
Just spent 90 mins texting my TiVo problem and in the end I was put on hold as they transferred me to the Technical Faults team after the test run on the TiVo showed a technical fault.
I never got to speak or text the Team because they did not get in touch. I know that at this time there are problems but I pay a lot for the service which seems to be nonexistent.
I'm sorry to hear that you have been having problems with your Tivo box, and have been struggling to receive any help with this. However we appreciate you posting on the community forums.

update, box has been changed and is now working fine.
