TiVo box

TV box in bedroom stopped working. Run all tests as indicated and no success. Can’t seem to be able to contact Virgin to report fault and arrange engineer.

You've not said in what way the box has "stoppped working", but...

Virgin TV faults are on 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone). Follow the prompts for "I have a fault with my TV service", and then ignore any offers to "get a link", "go online or use self-service. Press nothing else and wait for a faults agent to pick up.
