TiVo box

Set up my TiVo box today and have been trying to get it too work since 1pm this afternoon. On the start up check list, it has ticked every one, apart from configuration network settings. I have tried several times of turning off and on and waiting the 30 mins. Still no progress. Could anyone help please.

I did the activation by text message. Have rang virgin, since I posted this message. They are sending a tech out on Tuesday. 😏
