My TiVo box won’t start up and is in a loop it says an error with the dvr and it will attempt to fix itself, it’s been at least 9 hours and it’s not fixed itself, how can I speak to someone at virgin to resolve this ? There is no other number than the customer services and it’s automated so I’m going round in circles ?
Sorry to say, but if this is the green screen that says "your DVR has detected an error" then this means your hard drive has failed and you'll need to call VM to report it and arrange a replacement box.
