TiVo box switched itself off

My TiVo box has just switched itself off. All I have is a blue light on the right hand side and occasionally a red light flashes. Tried switching off/unplugging etc but no joy. What do I do next?

Hi phone 150 free from a virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone go down the TV faults route.Regards Micky

All sorted now. Had to go through reboot proceedure a number of times but got there in the end
