My TiVo box is currently stuck on a reboot loop! Keeps coming up with a picture with an arrow pointing at a box then it restarts and it just keeps doing that 🙈 I need help please!
You should report this to TV Faults on 0345 4541111, or 150 from a VM phone
You'll need a tech visit, and they'll likely replace the TiVo with a V6 - runs the same SW as yours but on a much newer, better box. The only difference is it needs VM home broadband to work.
VM staff should be along here in a couple of days otherwise.

Unfortunately it broke yesterday after the phone lines shut. So waiting for them to open again. So had no tv all night. We had a technician out not long ago to look at it and apparently nothing was wrong with it but obviously was. Its not worked properly for the last 6 months I've done endless phone calls and online chats and its driving me mad. Hopefully get it sorted today otherwise I'm gonna move to sky 👍
Yes i did on Sunday morning, The person i spoke to was so rude and didn’t care that my box had broke and i was without Tv. She said the earliest a technician could come out is Friday so I’ve had to wait nearly a week so far with no TV 😤 They said that i wasn’t priority because it was tv not internet issues! I ask them to just send me a new box as i have had issues with this box for over 6 months but they refused! Its been a absolute nightmare to be fair! So the answer to the question is No still not sorted yet! 😂😤
