Our Tivo box has been restarting all day long. Never getting past the Starting up screen.

Understand the call centres are probably not well manned at present but i held on for 45 mins before being randomly cut off

Ive seen plenty of posts that say this box will need replacing with this type of fault

can this be arranged here?

Hi Adrian,

We cant arrange replacement boxes on here but if you open a live webchat, when you speak to someone they will be able to arrange for delivery of a new TiVo box to you that you can install yourself.

hi 1 thing you can try is
powering off the box
holding in the left , right and ok on the front panel
powering on
let go of the buttons when the software update starts
the box should then start normally
