Did a complete reset/delete of my TiVo box yesterday. It said may take up to one hour it is still showing the same message over 24 hours later

It's disappointing that you're having some issues with your TiVo box since resetting it, this ins't good.
Can you confirm the box has been rebooted since resetting it?
If not please do this, if the message continues then can you confirm what message you're getting?

Hi yes I have tried rebooting the box and virgin have tried to do this remotely the message says (deleting everything sit tight this could take up to an hour.) this has been like this since sunday

I'm having the exact same problem with my TIVO Premier. It sure would have been nice if you would have posted the fix.

Still waiting for a Virgin reply! There must be a way to do a complete reset of TIVO boxes even if you cab't access the menu system.
