Our TiVo box is not working. Showing code c130. Catch up is not working for the last week, showing code v210. Wifi is working. Tried resetting WiFi and box but nothing seems to be working. Very frustrating. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Just to add, TiVo's don't have WiFi - they use an inbuilt modem for all things internet. The advice in post#2 covers the check you can make on this.

Have you been through the online help for both of those error codes. Both of them should take you through the steps needed to try and repair the connection and may possibly book you an engineer.

On the front-left of your TiVo are 3 green lights. Second-from-left has a painted heart symbol, does this flash when your On Demand services fail?
If so it sounds like an internet related error. Since the Tivo has it's own inbuilty modem it may mean the box has failed and needs replacing.
VM have stopped replacing Tivo's and will instead send out the newer V6 box providing you also have broadband from VM.
