My TiVo box is stuck on Starting Up. I have checked the wiring and turned it off and turned the power off. But the TiVo box will not switch on. The light on the front is flashing white then purple.
I see other users have similar issues and needed a new box. Please advise how I get this resolved. Thanks.
You need to call Virgin Media to report your fault. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the option for "I have a fault with my TV service"
