Since last night I have been having trouble playing recordings on my TiVo box. It tells me I can't play before a certain time and to enter my Pin number which it then rejects. After the time mentioned I seem to be able to watch the recording as normal. Also, a scheduled recording for last night did not record although it did bookmark the show. I have not had these issues before so is there a general problem on Virgin or is there something that I need to do to sort it out. Thanks for your help.

I have just been doing some more delving and it looks like my Pin number had somehow reset itself to the default. I have now reset it and all seems back to normal again.
