Our TiVo box keeps rebooting every half an hour or so and not able to watch any programmes properly. This has been happening for over the past 2 weeks and very frustrating. can anyone help?

Is this issue still on going or has this now been resolved?
Can you tell me if you have an error codes appearing on the screen? Are you connected to the hub via Ethernet cable or via Wi-Fi?
Are there any particular apps or online services you struggle with or is this will broadband required services?
