I had to reboot my STB and it is now stuck on a static starting up screen. I've rebooted a number of times and nothing has changed. I think the box may have died. There seems to be no phone or web support so what do I need to do to resolve this?
Just a quick update. I finally got through to support on the phone. I didn't get to speak to anyone but some automated wizardry has got me beyond the startup screen and back to where I was before I rebooted. Now just waiting for the London outage to be resolved to see if I have a working service.
