TiVo box has died

My TiVo box will no longer work, just keeps going through the loading process with a circle spinning, I’m not able to get time off work for an engineer visit and can’t get through on the phone, also chat doesn’t seem to be working. If anyone from virgin sees these posts could I have a new box sent out for me to self install please.

Sadly I have tried to send a new box out as a replacement but our system is not allowing it 

We would need to get an engineer out 

The times we have are as follows

Monday to Friday 8-12 12-4pm or 4-7pm

Saturday is just 8-12 or 12-4pm

I’ll have to leave it for now as I don’t get much notice with my shifts for work so not sure when I’ll be at home
