TiVo box frozen

My TiVo box has been frozen on the ‘starting up’ screen since this morning. I have checked it intermittently during the day for faults of which there are none. I’ve rebooted it several times to no avail. Never had problems before. Many thanks

Sounds like you need to call VM to report your fault.

150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise - follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

Thankyou, will try and ring them tomorrow. I did try and ring today but just got an automated message (advising me to do what I’d already done) and couldn’t  actually speak to anyone. Hopefully I’ll get to speak to someone tomorrow.
